This exclusive spot is perfect for cruise travelers, Bimini Bahamas visitors, beach enthusiasts, and resort seekers looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In this blog post, we'll explore the many delights of this tropical haven, share insights from previous guests, and provide you with practical tips for planning your visit. Get ready to be inspired by the stunning beauty and warmth of Bimini!
This is a private beach club that you can visit if you pay, day passes are available. Of course, if you are staying at the Hilton Resorts World Casino and Hotel the beach club is included. This hotel is very nice and is known for its upscale atmosphere. With restaurants, bars and of course a casino with slot machines.
This is also known to be the beach club used for a variety of cruise lines, like Celebrity Cruise Lines, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady. If your cruise stops in Bimini Bahamas while in the Caribbean, you can visit Resort World Beach Club. Cruise lines from both Miami and Port Everglades (Fort Lauderdale) travel to Bimini Bahamas.
This white-sand beach club is 4.5 acres large and can hold 2,000 people. There are tons of walkways and paths to explore the area, so you can find your own little special place to enjoy your time at the beach club.
Shore Excursions and Access
One of the most convenient ways to experience the Resorts World Beach Club is through shore excursions offered by various cruise ships. These excursions include transportation, entry to the beach club, but does not include a meals or drink package so be prepared this is not an all-inclusive beach day. If you're cruising through the Caribbean, this is a hassle-free way to enjoy a day at the beach. Alternatively, you can purchase access separately, allowing you to tailor your visit to your specific preferences.
From a cruise line as a shore excursion, it can cost about $55 to visit (each cruise line is a little different). If you purchase on your own separate from the cruise line, it will cost $40 per person. So, you can tell there is a little price difference. I tend to prefer to save money and buy admission separate from a cruise line, but for less worry and hassle you can buy from the cruise line for around $15 more than at the Resorts World front desk. It is a first-come-first-served basis when buying day passes at the resort.
For those not staying at the resort, entry to the beach club grants you access to all the amenities and services the club has to offer, making it a worthwhile investment for a day of luxury and leisure. Beach, with wheelchairs for those with accessibility issues, pools, and tons of lounge chairs. Food and drinks at the restaurants are separate and will cost extra. For example, $16 for a small tropical cocktail, $25 for a large, but it is refillable. So, if you plan on drinking several, go for the large. With that being said, be sure to bring your credit cards or debit card for these purchases. The beach club has restrooms, showers, changing rooms, and lockers available at the beach club.
Getting to the beach club is a breeze. Take a couple minute ride on their free shuttle or free tram. The service from the cruise port area will take you to several stops, including the Resorts World Beach Club, but be prepared for a line. If you book this with the cruise line they will provide the transportation also. It is not far away, but too long of a walk for me to enjoy. Just remember to be back to the ship before it sails away, so leave in plenty of time, just in case the shuttle breaks down or there is a line to get back on the shuttle, taking you back to cruise port.
Luxurious Amenities and Services
Resorts World Beach Club is renowned for its array of luxurious amenities and services designed to enhance your stay. From plush sun loungers to private cabanas, every detail is crafted with comfort and elegance in mind. From grove cabanas to Bimini Lagoon cabanas, the Cabanas have electricity, so you can charge your phone. In fact, some of the cabanas have a mini fridge. An attentive staff member is always on hand, ready to assist with anything you need, whether it's a refreshing towel or a perfectly mixed cocktail.
Families are also well-catered for, with a dedicated children's area offering games and activities to keep the little ones entertained. Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, the amenities at Resorts World Beach Club ensure a memorable experience for all. Also, a pool lift is available for those that are handicapped.
There are plenty of beach chairs, and cabanas for everyone to use. There is also free wi-fi for those at the beach club or at the Hilton resort itself. The pool area is very close to a variety of loungers and cabanas. Just remember the cabanas are an extra rental fee.
The Beachfront Experience
The beachfront at Resorts World Beach Club is nothing short of spectacular. With powdery white sands and crystal-clear waters, it's the perfect place to unwind and soak up the sun. For the adventurous, a variety of water sports are available for a rental fee, including snorkeling. The waves are very calm at the resort and the water is absolutely beautiful. In my honest opinion the best part is the beach, the calm clear waters are perfect for swimming and just walking around in the ocean.
If relaxation is your goal, there are plenty of peaceful spots to lounge in the sun or shade. Hammocks gently swaying between palm trees offer the perfect place for an afternoon nap or a good book. No matter how you choose to spend your day, the beachfront at Resorts World is a slice of paradise that promises unforgettable memories by the turquoise waters.
Dining Options
When hunger strikes, the beachside bar/ restaurant serves up refreshing drinks and light bites to satisfy any craving. For a casual yet delicious meal, the beach grill offers a selection of mouthwatering dishes, from juicy burgers to fresh salads.
Enjoy your meal al fresco, with the sound of the ocean as your soundtrack. The burgers are great, but I heard the chicken sandwiches are also! And just remember they have beer, liquor and can make basically any tropical drink you would like at the beach club. Don't forget to get a Bahama Mama when on Bimini Island. Dining at Beach Club is not fancy, just typical beach food, appetizers and sandwiches.
Comparing Resorts World Bimini to other beach clubs in the Caribbean
While the Caribbean is home to numerous beach clubs to visit for the day, Resorts World Beach Club in Bimini stands out for its unique blend of sophistication and adventure. Unlike other resorts that may focus solely on relaxation, Resorts World offers a dynamic range of activities and experiences to suit every traveler. Perfect for a group of spring break cruise takers to a family beach break from the cruise ship.
The proximity to the cruise port also makes it a convenient choice for cruise travelers seeking an easy day trip. Additionally, the emphasis on community and guest interaction creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets it apart from more traditional, secluded resorts.
From the diverse range of dining options to the vibrant entertainment scene, Resorts World Beach Club offers a well-rounded experience that appeals to a broad audience. In my opinion this is a great deal at $40, or $55. Usually beach clubs in Cozumel Mexico will cost around $70 plus a taxi service, but food and drink are included there. So it basically balances out as long as you dont spend alot of money on food and drink at Resorts World. But as for the beach, and pools, Resorts World beats the beach clubs in Cozumel Mexico.
